Robert Gibbs literally showed his hand at today's presser-- and that was what was written on his palm!

4. The reporters in the room acted like Gibbs told a blue joke.
Edited on Tue Feb-09-10 03:03 PM by Raine1967
their response was pathetic. They wanted to laugh and seemed scared to.

It was just classic.

6. As in "How dare he make fun of 'Sweet Sarah'?"
Edited on Tue Feb-09-10 03:06 PM by CakeGrrl
Poor Chuckie Todd would've been REALLY conflicted!

These press goofs don't know how to deal with an Administration that isn't afraid to call out some stupid stuff and also doesn't take itself so seriously that they can be put on the defensive.

8. Oh that old Gibbs. Some people don't like him here but at least he keeps his sense of humor
intact.

10. Someone had to go there -- besides Colbert and Olberman of course
I like Gibbs. He has a sense of humor, and when you have to deal with some of these tools, it is needed.

13. Unnecessary and cheap. We should be above this
Now it'll become everybody's talk. Why?? Just as the president is trying to clear the stupidity and get serious about the issues. Bad move.
