Did you guys remember hearing any conservative protesting about the fact that the shoe bomber was read his miranda rights? I don't.

Pardon me if this has been posted previously, but it's important to stress it:

Especially since Gingrich is spreading the lie that Reid is an American citizen. I saw him assert that last night on The Daily Show and wondered why someone in the audience didn't shout, "You lie!". So more people need to be informed.

The whole argument is stupid. Law enforcement personal are trained to give Miranda rights. Nit wit conservatives now expect what? Who gets to choose who gets Miranda rights or not?
