Blackwater and Jericho
Edited on Fri Mar-05-10 01:02 PM by LiberalFighter
Question about the show Jericho. Could comparisons be made with the company J&R and Blackwater? I guess they also went by Ravenwood.

4. Yup. SyFy is showing a marathon right now. When I saw it Blackwater was the
first thing to come mind.

6. I'm really getting pissed off at them people. Makes me wish I had proper weapons
and go out and find those scumbags and waste them. But I realize it is only a show. But how much of it could be true? Or could happen?

I will never ever trust private military companies.

5. Yes, or at least that was
my first thought when we saw the series.
Loved it and wish it was being continued.

7. Your wish has been granted

The first issue picks up right where the series left off. It's written by writers from the show itself.

It's only up to issue #2 so far. Get to your local comic book store or order direct from DDP. It's really good so far.

And wait till you see what Dale does....the little bastard.

9. Happy to spread the word.
And if you're a fan of "Pushing Daisies", it will get a similar comic book continuation courtesy of the show's creator.

"Firefly" has gotten 2 mini-series so far, with an upcoming graphic novel scheduled for the fall.

Here's a handy site to find the nearest comic book store: http://www.comicshoplocator.com/
