Court Upholds $20,000 sanction against Dr. Orly Taitz
Looks like Dr. Orly lost again, this time in the 11th circuit court of appeals.

http://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/unpub/ops/200915418.pdf

Orly Taitz appeals the district court’s imposition of a monetary sanction against her in the sum of $20,000 pursuant to Rule 11(c)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Taitz argues that (1) the district court was required to recuse after she challenged the procedure the court was employing to determine whether to sanction her under Rule 11 and (2), assuming that recusal was not required, the court failed to afford her the due process Rule 11(c)(3) requires.
We have fully considered Taitz’s arguments. We find them unpersuasive and therefore affirm the district court’s sanctions judgment.
AFFIRMED.

2. Oh, no -- better this way.
Each step she takes will cost her more and more. And her recalcitrance may lead to a piling on of the penalties -- hurrah!

5. She has jumped the shark and I don't think she has much jingle left.
Toward the end of her halcyon days she was speaking in frumpy Holiday Inn banquet rooms in the Dakotas with modest reception. She has jumped the shark and is scrapping the bottom of the barrel in the donations department.

If she runs of California Secretary of State if will run an anemic campaign with zero Astroturf® support.

7. Her campaign is.....interesting
Basically she's using the exact same tactics against Damon Dunn that she's used against Obama. Including on criminal complaint to date, and demands the California GOP drop Dunn in favour of her.

10. That story proved false and has been tossed on the dung heap.
Orly Taitz seems to have a thing about raising questions about black politicians' eligibility for office.

I question whether her name will even make it to the primary ballot.

12. I'm thinking she'll go straight to the Interntional Court in the Hague...
She's already called on the UN for assistance.

4. A short but sweet decision.
Brilliant as usual.

I used to want the birthers just to go away, now they just remind people of how completely insane a lot of Republicans are. Long may she continue.

8. Thank you for the orly update,
PatGund.

Thankfully, there's some sanity in her sphere even if it's the judge upholding the $20.000 sanction against her.

9. By the Way I did a little damage to Dr. Taitz myself

I did some research and found some plans that accepted her and called the companies and had her removed as a provider.

11. Makes sense....
Since it looks like the main reason she originally got her on-line law school diploma was to defend herself from malpractice suits.
