3. I voted for Malloy. I was disappointed with
Lamont. He isn't the Liberal many of us thought he was.

12. same here. hard to tell with all the negative campaigning, but malloy did well as mayor of stamford.
i think he'll make a great governor, and be much more in line with the interests of liberals, the working poor, the uninsured/underinsured, etc.

lamont certainly would have been an improvement over lieberman, but after this campaign, he now seems more like a typical rich, greenwich "pro-business centrist". no thanks.

9. I voted for him but some felt he moved to far to the center in his race against Malloy.
Really, Malloy and Lamont were both good candidates.

11. Is that what he did?

You'd think candidates from CT would have learned about "centricity" from Lieberman.

10. I didn't donate this time around
Nothing against him, but his opponent was decent, and CT wins either way as far as I can see.

14. I don't think he is washed up, he just needs to think smaller.
It is a shame that he was used by the left to try and get rid of Leiberman, and now people want to abandon him. If he was good enough to support before, than he is good enough to continue to support when and if he decides to run again.

15. He was an anti-war candidate running as a wealthy businessman.
It worked well against LIEberman, but in an election fours later when that is not the major issue, he was pretty much doomed.
