Now I have my problems with American-Chinese trade but I think the Chinese would consider that an act of economic war.

I suspect they could create all kinds of mischief in the Taiwan Strait.

And some people take him serious.

3. Actually, a lot of tariffs were lowered and some

eliminated all together. I know, I had to import some product, when I ran my little Internet business. I didn't want to import, but could not find American manufacturers who either made the stuff, or gave a shit about making stuff well.

in China and China Mkts. Too many Corporations
have business interests in China. When the rubber
hits the road, the Rich will be protected.

Trump's sound bite sounds good but there is a reality.

7. I think it would work better to have a higher dividend and capital gains tax

on goods and services that end up being sold back in the USA originating from outside the USA.

This might encourage more jobs to be brought back into the USA.

As American consumers find prices of Chinese imported goods skyrocket and sales decline.
