1. The all time average is

The total number of user registrations divided by the number of days since January 20, 2001:

172,820 / 3819 = 45.3 per day (317.1 per week)

I also performed the calculation from the day we passed 100,000 registered users (January 12, 2007) until today, which was:

72,820 / 1636 = 44.5 per day (311.5 per week)

So our average of about 310-320 new registrations per week seems to be pretty stable.
