Being that Fire Dog Lake has unfairly tarnished the reputation of one White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel with a conflated charge that he has insulted all liberals, and not just the plan he was confronted with, or, more generously, the people who presented him with the plan

And being that Fire Dog Lake has also sought to unfairly tarnish the reputation of one White House speaker Robert Gibbs with a conflated charge that he has also insulted all liberals, and not just those paid to always oppose our elected officials from the left, also known as the "professional left"

And being also that Fire Dog Lake has sought to unfairly tarnish the reputation of one White House speaker Robert Gibbs also with a conflated charge that he had insulted all liberals in claiming that making an equivalence between President Barack Obama and Mister George W. Bush* was cause to get ones head examined

And being that the founder of Fire Dog Lake has made claim that Barack Obama's most ardent supporters, of which many of Democratic Underground's membership claim to be in membership, are "the stupidest motherfuckers in the world", making said Democratic Underground contingent vulnerable to personal attack by proxy of one Jane Hamsher

And being that on this day, July the eighteenth, two thousand and eleven, Fire Dog Lake is serving as a conduit to deliver an ultimatum to Democratic legislators involving a threat to withhold ones' vote in violation of the rules of Democratic Underground, and certain of the membership of Democratic Underground are violating said rule by proxy

It is hereby proposed that a banishment of all links to the site Fire Dog Lake be established, and all posts containing such links be deleted after the date on which the banishment is established.
