I know I know...it's just too hard to believe that Arnold, who was profiled in SPY magazine years ago for his (bi)sexual exploits, could POSSIBLY have betrayed his marital vows to a KENNEDY no less, whose family has NEVER EVER had any problems within or without marriage. Yes yes yes, we all feel so sorry for Maria, who by all accounts is a nice lady who has worked hard for women's groups and other worthy causes and we liked her a lot on TeeVee and so that was obviously her REAL personality since it's all just a reality show, right?
And so this Princess from Hyannis just sort of wafted into a marriage with an actor (sic) who was incidentally a former Mr Universe bodybuilder whose on-screen performances, while interesting, were never fodder for comparisons with Orson Wells or even Steve Reeves for that matter, and she had absolutely no idea that he had a 'past' which included all kinds of 'stuff'.
So this Democratic royalty moved to California, (it's the place she oughta be), and assisted in her man's ascent to the near-pinnacle of politics in these United States, a position from which one can become President (Reagan) or fail horribly (Davis - yes yes I know that it was the RW machine which destroyed him, but once again, you gotta put up a fight against these creeps and CREEPS (if you know who I mean)) and there was her husband, having all the Republicans beseech the body politic to change the Constitution so that their dear boy could be elected, since who could possibly be better suited for the most powerful position in the world, next to the maitre d' at one's fave restaurant, than Arnold? Of course, that was until he made known his positions on gay marriage and abortion.
Strangely silent from the Right.
And so we move from the royal fairy-tale of the British to our own royalty. This week, USA OK, US, People, Entertainment had the Brits, next week the Californicator. They report, you decide.
