A death wish for the USA.
You are a Republican Congressman or Senator. The day you walked into office you got a pension and health care for life and an entree for a future job into every conservative/right wing lobby group and think tank on the face of the earth. You are guaranteed at least one term if you keep your nose clean or hide your dirty laundry well. You are looking at a sitting President who is probably unbeatable and at your base support which is insane. You hate government and distain poor, working folks. You even hate your base. You know deep in your heart of hearts that the public/voters are stupid because they elected you, after all. You have all the answers and you really don't believe in representitave democracy. You don't care to do anything about the problems of your constituents because you really don't care about your constituents. You firmly believe that you are special, priveledged and entitled. Finally, you have absolutely nothing to lose.

That, my friends, is the reason the Republicans are behaving the way they are. They have a death wish for us and for the Country. After the taking of OBL, I believe they all concluded that trash time for America has come because THEY have nothing to lose.

I have reluctantly concluded that there is just no other explanation.

1. It's all about eliminating the middle class, and making all of us desperate:
It's all about supply, demand and desperation

The Republicans want the demand for labor low (A), the supply for labor high (B) which will mean the pay for labor will be low (C) because everyone will be so desperate they'll do anything for a buck.

I'd sell your heart to the junkman baby
For a buck, for a buck
If you're looking for someone to pull you out of that ditch
You're out of luck, you're out of luck

Ship is sinking
The ship is sinking
The ship is sinking

There's a leak, there's a leak in the boiler room
The poor, the lame, the blind
Who are the ones that we kept in charge?
Killers, thieves and lawyers

3. Well the Killers, Theives and Lawyers all have bodyguards
And they have a habit for using Mercs as bodyguards.

The funny thing about Blackwater was that Iraq and AfPak security was only a small source of their budget. Much of it came from rich fucks needing bodyguards. Like the Koch Bros.

4. A good description of the contempt for humanity that's come to define the GOP.
