Time just dropped exposure on the second OJ photo. Drudge's work was quite a bit more sophisticated, not dropping the exposure but actually changing the color of Obama's skin. while keeping the rest of the photo "normal".

You can shout it from the rooftops, and I have, but people who do despicable things like this don't care when you call them on it.

Some seem to wear it as a badge of honor. What I was trying to convey wasn't that they shouldn't be called out, but that it has no effect on them. Personally, I would have never caught it, because a person's skin color just isn't something I consider when judging them. Do rational people judge by that standard? I'm a native American. I have the facial features features and dark skin tones that people associate with being American indian. I would hope that people would not think any less of me for that, but there are going to be some that will. I don't care. I know who I am, and I am proud of who I am.

If people are swayed by depicting his skin tone a little darker, that's their problem. You can tell a lot more about a person when they speak. If you put GWB and Obama in a dark room, who do you think is gonna come across as more intelligent?

I don't know if I said that coherently, but I tried.

The fact that his readership is racist is not news. I believe, though, that this graphic alteration is more about telling his southern devotees that this unGAWDly Mormon is very WHITE and one of you compared to President Obama.

The link is not working but if you go to yahoo news and search "Barack Obama, Donald Tusk" then click on the photos and look at picture 100. It is the exact same "darkened" photo but dated Saturday May 28th.
