What I would ask Prosser if I could interview him
Edited on Sun Jun-26-11 04:24 PM by Capitalocracy
What would be the consequences if there was a guy in your courtroom who was accused of choking a coworker in front of all his other coworkers, and his only defense is "she started it"? What would be your punishment for that guy, judge?

Should he keep his job? Should he be in jail? What would the consequences be for that guy, Judge Prosser?

9. Yeah, that's the "party of personal responsibility" again.
Bunch of whiny little fucks who have never accepted responsibility for one single thing in their entire lives.

2. I would ask: Didn't your teachers
tell you to keep your hands to yourself?

4. You forget that when Prosser was a district attorney he didn't prosecute a child molesting priest
The priest, of course, went somewhere else and molested more children.

So I don't think Prosser would have any qualms about letting someone go if they were of the right political persuasion.

5. I actually didn't know that
I guess for some people the law doesn't matter. Judge is a good profession for a person like that.

6. If I could interview him, I'd try my best to provoke him into
assaulting me. Then, I'd defend myself. Vigorously.

7. It could be a very emotional interview. You might get all choked up. And he's so klutzy anyway...
it's like he's all thumbs.
