Who's your favorite person ever born in New Orleans?
My guess? Famed Sheffield Hallam University professor Lee Harvey.

26. Do you know what it means to miss DiMartino's
Modesty precludes me from nominating myself so I say Rock 'n Roll.

30. It is to me
You can find them in many places in the New Orleans area, but my favorite is DiMartino's on the Westbank. If you're in the Quarter, look up Pierre Maspero's on Chartres Street. I'm going back for a wedding in October and it's on my must do list while I'm there.

4. A toss-up between Jim Garrison and Anne Rice. I know, what an odd pairing, but I've so
enjoyed wallowing in Rice's elegant-trashy novels...

27. My friend's daughter
born there in the mid-'80s.

Her name is....

....

....

....

....

....

Katrina. For real. I kept hearing her Mom's shrill voice yelling "Trini, put that garden hose down this instant! You're gonna flood out the whole yard!"

Poor thing. Even though she and Mom left town years before You-Know-What, she's probably still in therapy...
