1. Republicans HATE the Judicial branch of government...

...because parts of the Judicial branch, such as jury trials, are not controlled or corrupted
by politics or corporations. You can't bribe a jury. You can't corrupt a jury.

The court system is one of the last vestiges of freedom that we Americans have. We sure as hell
no longer have it in the Executive or Legislative branches, where money and political corruption rule.

Look at how the Republican-led effort of "tort reform" has destroyed our court system. Now, the government--not
juries--decide how much money can be given to victims who experience horrendous harm from powerful
companies. In many states that have these award caps, companies can simply do whatever the hell they
want to people--and they are never held accountable, as juries are restricted.

It's simply a perversion of our justice system that has been destroyed by Republicans who have convinced
idiots like the tea baggers that trial attorneys are the problem.

Mitch McConnell and like-minded corporatist, pig Republicans will use any salacious and controversial
example, to continue to erode and corrupt our courts.

McConnell is attempting to spread doubt and fear about our jury system, and he is an unAmerican hack for
doing so. Shame on this corrupt bastard.
