Irony time... those who LOVE the empire, are killing it
one of the things that is going down the drain right now is what is known as soft power... it translates into our ability to influence friends and cajole enemies in the world stage. The world press reflects puzzlement and at this point pointing fingers. The Empire is spiraling down the drain.

So to the people in the Tea Party (who are a party, a third party) let me tell you this boys and girls... CONGRATS. You are killing that which you love...

Oh the irony...

1. They hate the POTUS more than they love their country
His destruction is their number one priority (as repeatedly stated by Mitch McTurtle when asked). They figure as long as they get rid of enemy #1, they will be able to fix the collateral damage left in their wake.

3. Good.
Glad the country is waking up to what so many of us have been feeling for the past 9 months.

4. So true!
This theater of the absurd we are watching has already undermined our standing in the world. It's funny how things like that work: once the inevitability of something is breached in the popular imagination, it does not come back. Rather, people begin to see other possibilities. The curtain has been pulled back, and the very flawed mortals operating the levers have been exposed for what they are.

It's already too late. The damage is done, and any agreement we come to will not change that fact.

5. Very true. In the 70s many of us wanted to stop policing the world
but "oh no we can't do that!" Now they are doing it without a thought to consequences. It is indeed ironic.
