I can say from personal experience that Ralph Nader is an arrogant ass...
I did a summer internship for him in DC 25 years ago. He was a jerk then, he's probably still a jerk now.

But dammit, he's RIGHT about shit.

Seriously, name one single of his "Doom and gloom" predictions that has proven to be wrong.

Just one...I dare ya.

...feeling stuck?...just one...first one is free...

Can't do it? Didn't think so. So he's a jerk who pisses in your kool-aid, but at least he pisses with accuracy and intent, which is more than I can say for about 500 congress-critters.

5. of COURSE Obama gets a 2nd term, that's really a no-brainer....
Obama wins a 2nd term with 55-60% of the popular vote, and a landslide in the Electoral College. And he continues to be the best Republican president since Wilson.

13. If he's gonna win ...
then why is he saying that "... he would work to find a Democrat to challenge President Barack Obama in 2012. ..."?

What's the point if he's gonna win? Or is this one of these "Ralph Nader, Super Genius" things that regular folk just won't get.

3. I remember Bill Maher say sometime back on his old Politically Incorrect show
that the most unpleasant people are the liberals who are trying to do the right thing. He mentioned Jerry Brown (some may disagree now but this was years ago). He said the people you want to have dinner with (or something like that) are conservatives. (Maybe he said Democrats and Republicans, but you get my point.)

11. I'm not a Nader-Hater (in fact, I worked for him, and wouldn't wish that experience...
on my worst enemy). But my main point is that he's right. And even being an evil, divisive, ass doesn't change the fact that he's right.

14. Hell, I'd like to have a "beer with Bush"...
just like Obama, people on both side of the aisle describe him as like-able, convivial, and congenial. But just because he pours me a beer does not mean I believe a word out of his mouth.
