Republicans have obstructed Obama's nominations the most in history.
Why do when Republicans have their nominees put forth, the Democrats always participate in "gangs of (insert number)" and they get through including radical judicial nominees? Am I the only one that views that as self destructive in these times?

5. "bully pulpit"? What is that supposed to do, exactly? You think the Republicans are going to change
because Obama uses some "bully pulpit"?

Really?

Obama can make a statement and the next day the Media spins it against him. As do the Reactionary Screamers on the Left.

Bully Pulpit

LOL!

9. I have a feeling
that was intended as sarcasm....No proof at all, but I just get that feeling. (Probably the "etc" at the end of the sentence)

10. I was being completely sarcastic.
There is nothing in the world that would compel republicans to stop using every trick in the book to stop blocking Obama's agenda.

13. Meanwhile he could sacrifice a puppy on live television
and certain people would show up just like clockwork to inform us of the puppy related threat to national security.

6. ... because that is what Limbaugh expects of them.

His wish is their command.

OxyRush said he wanted O to fail before he was even inaugurated.

8. My question was directed more at the Democrats that don't do it
back at them. The "gangs of" so to speak that get Republican nominees through.

11. Perhaps if the president acted in the spirit of bipartisanship and dealt with Republicans with
more comity and collegiality, they wouldn't obstruct our government at every turn, eh? :patriot:
