Order is the word of the day. It was ORDER that made western nations so economically successful, not
deregulations. It is order that was the casualty of the banking subprime mortgage crisis. A lack of order caused the recession and the debt problems. And now this lack of order in banking is responsible for riots and looting in neighbourhoods that have no economic hope.

too much money is being made. It's obvious there are serious underlaying problems fueling all of this, hopelessness, no path for upward mobility, economic hope not even feasible. And it's been allowed to happen. I agree so much with what you said, "It was ORDER that made western nations so economically successful, not deregulation."

4. And before order came war
War allowed whoever won to dictate order. That's really what made western nations economically successful, the ability to establish order. They were able to see war through to its end. That's the problem with the world these days. We don't really allow a winner in war anymore. If America had to somehow try to establish itself as a nation in today's reality, it would not have been able to. There would not have been any manifest destiny. The revolution would've been different. There wouldn't have been a winner in the civil war.

Of course order then eventually begins to break down, and it takes increasing amounts of time, money, and energy to keep order.
