Anyone hear former Rep. JD Hayworth(Insane-R) telling us liberals how we should feel about Obama?
He was on MSNBC by telephone with Alex Twit saying how disappointed the Democrats should be with President Obama.

Hmmm.

1. They're running with it. Our side always says how we feel. Their
side just parrots the Party line. So they hear us kvetching and bang that drum. No liberal is going to change his/her view of Obama because somebody tells us to.

2. Republicans also have another message for Democrats:
"Don't vote in 2012! Don't vote in 2012! Teach Obama a lesson."

17. Yep, Obama's going to sit home and cry and wish he'd
obeyed those progressives dammit! And that will be so satisfying. Why it will be so good that it will make up for the Republican in the WH!!!!

I often marvel at the parallels between the wingers and a certain choir we hear here constantly.

6. hmmmm what.
Is the exact opposite true, that Republicans should be happy with him.

I am tired of people equating liberal critiques of this president with Republican whatever the fuck it is. They ought to be mighty pleased.

I guess JD Hayworth, Republican slime ball can even realize it, how dems have been shafted. Does this mean you agreee with him. That is what I take away from this, from the little you provided.

This entire argument that Republicans and Dems who feel dissaffected are one in the same is very disingenuous argument.

7. I thought Hayworth had vanished for good.
Is MSNC that hard up they had to disinter him to lambast the president?

Those who pretend to speak for the Democratic base are not a part of it, given what we know.

Axelrod: "12,000 individuals applied to join...as volunteer summer organizers, more than in 2008"

Despite what you hear in elite commentary, the President’s support among base voters and in key demographic groups has stayed strong. According to the latest NBC-WSJ poll, Democrats approve of his performance by an 81%-14% margin. That’s stronger than President Clinton’s support among Democrats at this point in his term and, according to Gallup, stronger than any Democratic President dating back to Harry Truman through this point in their presidency. 92 percent of African Americans approve. And a PPP poll out this week showed the President winning 67 percent of Hispanics against Romney and 70 percent against Perry, a higher percentage than he captured against SenatorMcCain in 2008.

The base is mobilized behind the President. 12,000 individuals applied to join the campaign as volunteer summer organizers, more than in 2008. 1,100 students across the country are organizing their campuses in support of the campaign as fellows this fall. We had 552,462 individuals give to the campaign in the second quarter — more than we had in all of 2007. Of our 552,462 total donors to the 2012 campaign so far, more than 260,000 of them are completely new to the Obama organization and have never given before.

11. There are many on this board happy with Republican policies. To that I agree!
Even JD Hayworth can see republican policy is being enacted.

Does that really make you feel good?

12. Prove your claim. Quote J.D. Hayworth where he says that.

<< Even JD Hayworth can see republican policy is being enacted. >>

Do you have proof that's how he feels?

Given the OP never said that, you're clearly making a false statement.

Does that really make you feel good?

19. That's also a false statement. Those who agree w/him are constantly "disappointed" in Pres. Obama.

That would be you.

And you obviously have zero proof for your initial false statement:

<< Even JD Hayworth can see republican policy is being enacted. >>

Does that really make you feel good?

20. I have a life to lead. I read enough of your posts to know where you are coming from.
Edited on Sun Sep-18-11 10:55 AM by boston bean
You think, like the OP, that because JD Hayworth says Dems should be upset with Obama, that it makes any liberal or Democrat who feels disaffected a Repubican.

It's a very small mind that can come to that conclusion over what JD Hayworth has to say.

And it's really quite telling. It soundly implies that you believe what JD Hayworth says. Yours and others argument is disaffected Dems are just like JD Hayworth. So if you agree with that then you probably, and likely agree, there is very little democratic/liberal policy emanating from Democratic leaders.

So you can be happy about that, no?

Gotta run and do some shopping. Fight with yourself or someone else. I won't be around to reply.

Hayworth got about twice the talk time as the other guy and Twit keep reinforcing what Hayworth spouted.

Even when MSNBC has nooz on weekends, it's not news - it's propaganda.
