4. Although I personally applaud anyone signing on to this petition -

We really don't need no stinkin' petition - we have the Tenth Amendment.

To wit:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Someone might tell the Chief Executive (And former Constitutional Scholar) about this Amendment.
