FFS, when does the law (or regulation) regarding volume change with commercials take effect?
I swear I have just blown an ear drum with a stupid fucking commercial.

1. OMG I almost came on here yesterday to ask the same thing. I was
about half asleep yesterday, tv on low..all of a sudden a commercial came screaming on, scared me to death. I hate the tv more and more these days.

3. It was signed into law in December and gives broadcasters 1 year to fully comply.
