Think about that. Delay something as important as the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty because they are worried that President Obama and the Dems might get some credit for it. The Republicans claim they don't want disturb their holiday time to take time to vote on it.

that in the current atmosphere EVERY issue is partisan. Obama especially needs to understand this. He's intelligent but I think he's very naive.
