Michele Bachmann: I Take My First Breath In The Morning Thinking “Repeal Obamacare”
Nothing like having a very positive thought first thing in the morning. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann wakes up in the morning, and with her first breath, thinks, “Repeal Obamacare.” (h/t Political Wire) The Missoulian reports on her speech at a Republican dinner.

With Obama in the midst of his “reign of error,” she said, the Congressional Budget Office projects that if the president is re-elected – “and by the way, that will not happen” – by the end of his term, the United States will be $20 trillion in debt.

“I take my first political breath every morning with one thought in mind – repeal Obamacare,” Bachmann said. “That’s my motivation in life. … This bill is something else. It is the crown jewel of socialism. President Obama, and I’m willing to say it, ushered in socialism under his watch.”

Bachmann then inaccurately states the level of federal involvement in private companies:

23. It's funny. When I take MY first and last breath of the day .. .
. . . I wonder, what with the economy that your party and it's policies screwed almost beyond repair and all, if today's going to be mine or my wife's last day at work. ALL the time. I wonder when hiring's going to pick up again, if ever. You know, it SHOULD, since your rich cronies have all of the hoarded cash they need to do it.

Funny how people like Michelle Bachmann, lucky enough to be in a district where people share the same brain, doesn't HAVE such problems weighing heavily on those thin shoulders.

26. When I think of Michele Bachmann
I think of someone whose mind is as shallow as a child's wading pool.

Like many Rethugs, she obviously doesn't care about, much less consider the short or long-term horrific consequences that would direly affect tens of millions more in the US if most rightwingers' social and fiscal policies that she bleats on about, were to actually become implemented. It would likely make the Katrina disaster look like a Sunday picnic in the park in comparison.

Bachmann, and most of those like her, truly need to be voted out of office. She and "they" pose a grave and serious threat to the continued survival of tens of millions, who for whatever reason(s), (age, disability, infirmity, unemployment, poverty, ect...) are dependent upon government-funded social services, that Michele wants to see eliminated. This blithering idiot must really believe that non-profits "charities" could actually absorb and cover all of the needs of those additional tens of millions whose lifelines of support would be cut completely off.

This is what she thinks passes for sanity? Good Lord. That's sad taken to degrees as yet unheard of.

Sad, sad, delusional Bachmann.
