Clarence Thomas, For FIVE years he has not asked ONE question!
If this is not proof this guy is worthless, nothing is!

In the past 40 years, no other justice has gone an entire term, much less five, without speaking at least once during arguments, according to Timothy R. Johnson, a professor of political science at the University of Minnesota.

Oh, you mean in court. I thought it also meant that wherever he
goes he always knows where the men's room is.

3. See earlier thread on this topic.
He doesn't ask questions because he has already made up his mind. Before oral arguments, before discussion with other judges, just his own rigid viewpoint is where his mind is lodged.

8. Oh, come, now. You know how Justice Thomas makes up his mind . . .
"Tino, how are we voting on this one."

11. George H. W. Bush

In his defense, I offer that any other Republican pResident would have done the same, or similar.

5. Sure he has
Every case he asked the same question.

To Scalia.

How should I vote?

6. He's the dumbass in class waiting for the bell
slouching in his seat behind the tall kid, hoping he doesn't get called on.

7. It's well known that he is an intellectual lightweight
Perhaps best suited to be a Justice of the Peace in some small county, but that's about it.

10. That's because he understands everything perfectly the first time
He's a mental giant, but he doesn't want to show that and embarrass his fellow Justices.

take the money and vote conservative.

17. He doesn't have to. He knows how he will vote before any case starts.
He's a knotted mass of prejudices and they prejudge everything.

19. Sotomoyer asked more questions in her first couple of outings
then he did in all of his time on the bench. No original thought, we could run a vote comparison and all of his votes will mirror Scalia's. What a fucking embarrassment.
