DENVER -- The statistics are shocking. The city of Denver impounded hundreds of vehicles this year under its nuisance law, forcing citizens, many of whom have been found to have done nothing wrong, to pay thousands of dollars to get their vehicle back.

4. Yes... The Denver Fox affiliate is ok....despite the affiliation...

I wouldn't say they are the best local channel, nor that they necessarily excel in investigative reporting, but they are ok.

5. Not Owned by News Corp

Fox31 in Denver is owned by Oak Hill Capital Partners' Local TV LLC.

They bought the station from News Corp in 2008.

Locally, their news coverage is actually pretty fair ... one of the better local news stations.
