A reminder that public pensions for many, if not the majority,...



....are in-lieu of of Social Security.

In other words Social Security was given up and a modest retirement plan was negoiated in it's place.

So are are rightwingnuts suggesting that public employees go without anything except maybe 401K?
Are they willing to give up their Social Security?

2. Most teachers only have a 403b option
There are important differences, but 403b plans tend to be limited.
