1. AGREED! Has Beck apologized for any of his racist remarks? Jeez. Why do Democrats
always APOLOGIZE????? I hope NPR gets a President who is not afraid to stand up for his beliefs. Why is Rush Limbaugh held to a different standard on radio???

7. Why are you comparing an NPR executive to a known madman and bigot
showman? And Schiller wasn't NPR President.

5. He said, he was speaking for himself.
So he takes one for the team. Everything he said, should be said and often.

Having to play up to the money. NPR should never have accepted Fed funding.

11. One of them on the show said,
agree to a 15-20% cut and that's the end of it. Most all agreed it's a non-story. With Benstein saying, this is a red-herring and Shiller was right, lol.

The way forward is to resign, claim he was speaking for himself, and openly talk about what a bunch of cross burning pig molesters the teabaggers are. Then they can't blame the sad little fascists on NPR and he can say whatever he damn well pleases. Most of which appears to be factually accurate anyway.

18. When you make over 100k as a higher up big wig, you must watch what you say
I would never say anything bad about the tea party while on the job - when you are a CEO (or pres. of advertising) you are on the clock all the time..
