What would happen if we marched, millions strong, into DC and started fucking things up?

What would happen if hundreds of thousands of us descended on every State Capitol and started burning and looting every Government building?

What would happen if we started shooting our own National Guard and blowing up bridges and overpasses?

We would be massacred, just like the Libyans, but on a much larger scale.

It started with peaceful protests.

We have marched into DC, and because it was peaceful, nothing happened.

The same should have happened in Libya - peaceful marches allowed. That is all they were.

The Libyans did not burn, loot or blow up bridges.

7. I am absolutely appalled.

You are, in effect justifying murder, murder in fact, on a groups of unarmed civilians.

I remember thing just a few short weeks ago thinking that if the US suddenly and bravely stood up against such tyranny, all, all of DU would be out there in the streets shouting, organizing, reporting, setting up new city councils, schools, kitchens, dancing, playing music, celebrating the first democracy they had seen in 42 years.

There was no burning and looting.

Then the tanks and AA guns came and blew people in half, literally in half, all for not being sufficiently differential. And some fired back, as the folks in the gun forum would.
