Colorado Dept of Labor 24 years as employment and program specialist. Programs. Unemployment Insurance, WIN work to welfare program 6 years , veterans employment assistance, day labor operations 1/3rd time Boulder Homeless shelter 10 years. 6 years supervising 4 years operating program. Expertise employment issues related to government programs.
