CNN expressed interest in her earlier today and Joan Walsh will be moving to CNN in the New Year!!!

Joan Walsh: I am overwhelmed by the support I've received today from all of you. And I'm thrilled to tell you I'll be heading to @CNN in the new year. Thanks to everyone who made this happen. A Christmas miracle.

Turns out early rumors of the former Fox Newser’s ‘obscene’ new NBC salary weren’t accurate. She’s banking millions more, according to a new report.

Right wingers laugh at MSNBC but are scared of CNN.

It's vital for the stronger voices to be on CNN.

during the day. Also Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle are excellent. Ari Melber has been a refreshing addition to their evening line up. MSNBC still has a lot of excellent talent, but letting Joan Walsh go was really dumb. Not the first time either. They almost let Lawrence go.

I can only take CNN in small doses and absolutely refuse to watch Wolf Blitzer.

Damn shame about Joan Walsh. Has msnbc given any reason? Could it be because she’s not some young thing? Everytime Hewitt comes on I have to turn the sound down, I can’t stand his voice.

I have to admit though, I do like Nicole Wallace.

For such an individual who counterargues a factual quote with, “heard it completely differently”, shouldn’t have a platform to spout off his right-wing nonsensical propaganda.

that they still haven't filled permanently. Could they be waiting Rachel Maddow out? With the Joan Walsh move, this makes infinite sense to do. Plus if I were running CNN, I would back up the truck for Joy Reid fPM hour currently held by Wolf Blitzer and Lawrence O'Donnell for the 11p hour currently held by Don Lemon.

M-F lineup:

4a Early Start w/Christine Romans and Dave Briggs (should have never let Ali Velshi get away again)
6a New Day w/Chris Cuomo and Allysin Camerota
9a Newsroom w/John Berman and Poppy Harlow
11a At This Hour w/Kate Bolduan
12p Inside Politics w/John King
1p Newsroom w/Joy Reid
2p Newsroom w/Brooke Baldwin
4p The Lead w/Jake Tapper
5p The Situation Room w/Wolf Blitzer
7p Erin Burnett Outfront
8p AC360 w/Anderson Cooper
9p The Rachel Maddow Show (or some other name)
10p CNN Tonight w/Don Lemon
11p The Last Word w/Lawrence O'Donnell
12a CNN Newsroom w/John Vause and Isha Sesay
2a CNN International w/Rosemary Church

Weekend Lineup

No major changes

Plus if I were running CNN, I would find a way to partner with AJ+, especially Dena Takruri, Francesca Fiorentini, and Ahmed Shihab-Eldin (ASE). I would also give Abby Martin a modest budget and editorial freedom to get stories and break them.

That’s why they ditch liberals like Walsh, but keep Hewitt. I think they want anti Trump Republican viewers, which sucks because all Republicans are monsters.

It was on MSNBC, about a week ago. They were talking about the dem chances in the 2018 election & she said, "If we have an election." Everyone thinks it can't happen here, but I wouldn't put anything past the Con.
