I doubt it is legal, but the party in charge doesn't care about republicans and legality

Hlllary or Obama would have been in a penal colony by now.

and keep throwing out all lawsuits on issues of standing. This is one of the ways he's hurting us and changing us into a fascist nation, stacking the courts with unqualified rwnj who will never convict any male for rape (unless it's a dem legislator or donor), will not jail a rich person for any crime, will always side with the rich against the law and against workers.

It is unclear if it is legal. There's an argument it isn't, but apparently the average citizen doesn't have standing to bring that claim.

... Saying that Trump could defend himself self against the accusation of impropriety if the business was just doing business as usual.

I don't know if that is true or not.

But I know if it were a Democrat, the house would already be voting for impeachment.
