NO...he has filed a law suit. Muller has not been sued.

(1,202 posts)they could also have been clearer and said Mueller is "being" sued, or as I'd mention has had a law suit filed, but he has not yet been sued.

Manafort has brought an action against Mueller; he has made a legal claim against Mueller; he has sued Mueller. All correct. All the same thing.
