Does Schiff have a copy of the transcript the chair won't release?

If he does...why doesn't he just Ellsberg it out to us?

It's not as if, between now and Election Day, there's any good reason to cooperate with the chair on anything-the chair is never going to voluntarily do the right thing on anything.
