When donjoncon twitters is that a work product of the WH and that it must be saved?

or Is it the property of twitter like everything that is posted there?
Will twitter be able to publish a book and make bucks off our WH?
Conducting policy on twitter is very foolish for the WH.

There's no real certainty that the tweets actually come from him. For all we know, WWIII will be started by a 17-year-old hacker showing off to his buds.
