than a woman who replies to an email that includes unmarked information later deemed to be classified when that email is routed through a server that doesn't have the latest microsoft security update and therefore the russians might find out if they knew and bothered to hack it.
seriously, how can people look at hillary now and think, thank goodness we avoided having someone competent as president, who can run a capable administration.
