And he's always been kind of loud, chatty and talkative, but he wasn't drunk. In fact, he was on Lawrence's show recently, and you could see that Lawrence kept him reigned in because he was so chatty.

As for Joy, you could tell that Joy was NOT happy with him coming onto her show like that.
