(12,154 posts)Sorry, that's what I think of when I hear "Orange Alert."
I do think we are likely in for another burst of craven actions from the Dumpster Fire President and his cabal. Stay tuned.
O-range alert. O-range alert.

(9,865 posts)..a trial, no? Indictments, maybe. But how can there be sudden convictions?
green917
(442 posts)They get quick convictions by making deals with those charged in exchange for cooperation in the investigation into those higher on the food chain.

(32,626 posts)Wolff's book just came out yesterday, but he's quoting Bannon from before the inauguration. Actually Wolff had several interviews and convos with Bannon over the first 6 months of Cheeto's term. So I'm guessing Bannon said a lot of stuff, so did everybody else.
Somebody must be reading the book to Cheeto, because he's illiterate. Maybe he got the audiobook.

(8,254 posts)If AG is fired or quits, can his appointed replacement fire Mueller before he is confirmed by Congress. ??????????
FakeNoose
(32,626 posts)So no, the replacement doesn't actually have the job until he (or she) is approved by the Senate.
And there's always the chance that the Senate won't approve replacement.
