even after 7 min w/ a stove top peculator i could not make the costa rican coffee stronger.
Valentine coffee from milwaukee. just happened to try it & i am in love. also went for the medium roast from guatamala & only barely darker.

in an ordinary oven. Best coffee I've had in my life.
Mind you, this was 40 years ago, long before Starbucks even existed.
Still the best coffee I've ever had.

My faves are the African ones -- Ethiopian and Kenyan -- but they can get pricey and when bought at a grocery store, you don't know how fresh they are.
