Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst hits Trump: 'Stop this manipulation and raise the bar'

Musician Fred Durst on Sunday urged President Trump to "raise the bar" after Trump called Jake Tapper a "flunky" in an attack on the CNN host.

"Please sir, just stop this manipulation and raise the bar," Durst, who is best known as the vocalist for Limp Bizkit, tweeted.

"You have this wonderful opportunity to make our world better. We unmistakably need a role model and leader for the now, and the future. This isn’t the way."

Trump on Sunday went after Tapper following a heated interview between Tapper and White House senior adviser Stephen Miller.
Tapper cut off the contentious interview, telling Miller that he had "wasted enough of my viewers’ time."

I think of his fictional role as a monster/human in the book “John Dies at the End”. Therefore, in my mind Durst giving Trump sage advice is a fictional monster talking to an actual monster
