GOP Will Drive Down Wages More

If the GOP is given more power they will drive down wages more. And they will allow companies to drive production up more. If the electorate as a whole really understood what is going on and voted rationally they might actually vote the right way.

One reason the Democrats have been weakened is that it is difficult to get your message out when the media is 90% right wing. Because of Citizens United they are also outgunned monetarily. And ultimately it is the voters fault. Run a campaign on fair wages and being pro labor even if it is not pro union and you just get scorched. Voters will not elect you.

The 2010 loses by some of the most progressive Democrats puts Democrats on the defensive. Even though the facts and figures show that wages have gone down and hours have gone up or part time and temporary jobs have outpaced good paying jobs since Reagan said he would create a "service economy", voters still seem to buy into the free market and free agent meme.

Unless there is a change in mind set towards working conditions and how one votes, there is little hope for change.

2004 - Chile - United States Free Trade Agreement
2004 - Singapore – United States Free Trade Agreement
2005 - Dominican Republic–Central America Free Trade Agreement (DR-CAFTA; incl. Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic)
2006 - Bahrain – United States Free Trade Agreement
2006 - Morocco - United States Free Trade Agreement
2006 - Oman – United States Free Trade Agreement
2007 - Peru – United States Trade Promotion Agreement

2011 - Panama - United States Trade Promotion Agreement
2011 - Colombia - United States Trade Promotion Agreement
2011 - Republic of Korea (South Korea) - United States Free Trade Agreement

How many people know that Rmoney, like the Chamber of Commerce, is supporting the pending job-transferring "free-trade" agreement?

Trans-Pacific negotiations have been taking place throughout the Obama presidency. The deal is strongly supported by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the top lobbying group for American corporations. Obama's Republican opponent in the 2012 presidential elections, Mitt Romney, has urged the U.S. to finalize the deal as soon as possible.

This may be our last chance to influence and vote for Democratic Senators who might vote against the pending job-transferring "free-trade" agreement.
