Moron Jr tweets praise of dad singing anthem even after widespread reports DT didn't know the words

And that folks is how it’s done. It’s not that hard. Just show some respect for your country. #nodrama #maga #america #potus #georgia #alabama #football

Of course he's watching Fox, which alone among news outlets seems to NOT be reporting that Trump apparently didn't know the words to the anthem.

Trump's inability to sing the anthem got the attention not only of our national media, but media overseas, from the BBC's question

Did President Trump forget the words to the national anthem?

http://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-us-canada-42616112/did-president-trump-forget-the-words-to-the-national-anthem

to the Daily Mail's more explicit headline:

TRUMP STOKES DEMENTIA FEARS WITH ANTHEM FAIL

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/fb-5249091/TRUMP-STOKES-DEMENTIA-FEARS-ANTHEM-FAIL.html

So, Moron Jr, this is NOT "how it's done." And while it's true that for most Americans "it's not that hard" to remember the words of the national anthem, the same is obviously not true of your mentially unfit father.

And btw, Junior, if there was ever any hashtag that doesn't fit Trump, it's #nodrama. Obama-envy showing much?

The Trump White House in action: Trump publicly fails in some disturbing way - and his intimates assure him he did the best job ever.

He and Richard Painter are both coming off like heavyweight liberals. I don’t hope for any permanent conversions, but their efforts are most appreciated.

They both only appear relatively liberal in comparison with the extremism that's taken over most of the right. I like them both, but Frum especially, for their insight into other conservatives.

Poor The Donald. At least his obvious displeasure at the game made him look more presidential.
But this business of jeering that he must not know the words because he didn't sing them all is pretty trumpian itself. Right at the level of right-wing tabloid trash like the Daily Mail.

I'm reminded of W inviting himself to the birthday ceremony for Dr. King in 2004 (W used it as an excuse to cover going to fundraisers in Atlanta and New Orleans).

Although King Center officials did not invite Bush to join their planned celebration, Mrs. King met briefly with the president.

Shortly before Bush's arrival, a line of city buses parked in front of the center, preventing Bush and the protesters from seeing each other, although the demonstrators' jeers and slogans were not muted.

He left at halftime. He wasn't really interested in the game, of course, just in his own reality TV show.

I do think he's exhibiting signs of dementia. However, I highly doubt he EVER knew the words to the National Anthem. Doesn't seem like something he'd bother to learn to me. Why should he? It doesn't mention him once.

the words to the anthem. See the chyron a few seconds into the video clip here:

Never mind how many mainstream media outlets covered this honestly -- in Trump's F&F cheering section, it's only "internet trolls" who noticed the emperor had no lyrics.

They do not give a rat’s ass what WE think. Comments like that are just meant to convince the (dwindling) Base to hang in there. That Dear Leader is ok and don’t believe what you can see with your own eyes. Mumbling through the National Anthem, singing parts, not singing other parts, tapping on your chest during the playing of the anthem is no way to demonstrate how it’s done. But if the word from Fox & Friends (and other minions) is that he was inspiring, they will buy that.

I may gag. 🤢
