Did anyone listen to Randi Rhodes today?

The main takeaway I got is what will happen should tRump refuse to comply with Mueller and testify.

Apparently nothing since you can't indict a sitting President.
It would be up to Congress at that point and yesterday tRump said he'll "sign anything" thus pleasing those with any power to do anything about his potential refusal to testify.

Buckle up.

who have proof that trump and the rest are criminals, will be released.

It would send us into civil unrest if half the country backed a traitor and criminal over the constitution.

Once it is clear Trump and many GOP are traitors, guilty, then the public can choose those people or the constitution and the country

and that he is dirty and they would have to release that.

The REASON he was being investigated in the first place is what his supporters dont understand or care to.

thing to do and that for our country to survive and peace to prevail, etc.

Why or how our people on the FBI would release, I think he assumes somebody would just do it, like Dianne did.

I worry about that though.

It's never been decided, so there is just legal theory. However there are many precedents that say "the President is not above the law." If he is not above the law, then he can be indicted.

How to enforce? A court could order the head of the Secret Service to bring the President to the grand jury. The judge could hold the head of the Secret Service in civil contempt if he disobeys. You can be jailed for civil contempt, but it is not a crime, so the President can't pardon him for it.

That's one way this could happen.
