The media was quick to "entertain" the GOP's baseless accusations of LW bias in the FBI

It's journalistic malpractice to ignore this huge bombshell within Simpson's testimony.

"…there was a concern that the FBI was being manipulated for political ends by the Trump people and that we didn't really understand what was going on. So he stopped dealing with them."

The FBI's forensic tools could've completed the search of Huma's laptop by the time Comey gave his public statement, it was a partisan act, as was his statement days before the election.

Now we have a statement saying Steele didn't trust the FBI because of RW partisanship!

Why aren't we demanding an independent commission to look at everyone's role in this blatant attack against our Democracy?

Can our Democracy survive without one?

Giving endless airtime to republicans attacking the FBI for having a liberal bias, while knowing there's no evidence.

The real question, wrote cybersecurity consultant Rob Graham in his blog, isn't how the FBI managed to conclude its investigation in eight days. It's how it managed to take so long. "Computer geeks have tools that make searching the emails extremely easy," wrote Graham. "Given those emails, and a list of known email accounts from Hillary and associates, and a list of other search terms, it would take me only a few hours to reduce the workload from 650,000 emails to only a couple hundred, which a single person can read in less than a day."
