It just hit me. That surplus is BEFORE the marijuana tax revenue comes in!!! Holy cow!!!

1. The will be hundreds of millions we need in the furure for healthcare because of what the

shitstain in the whitehouse is going to do and has already done to the ACA.

We've had financially responsible Democrats in the State House. We need to keep it that way.

2. Good, pay down debts or otherwise use it to improve the state's long term financial health

Surpluses don't last forever, and this is the time to prepare for the inevitable downturn

3. The best use would be to shore up all pension funds for state employees.

Doing that frees up future revenues for projects that benefit the state.
