So Andy Card just said he didn't like Trump's crass comments...

...but he can live with it because he agrees with his policies, and many on the right share that rational. I keep hearing that supporters wish he wasn't so "outspoken", but he's doing a bang-up job.

Though I've grown weary of making the comparison over the past 12 months, I have to wonder what the likes of Andy Card would say if Obama were so blatantly racist against white people.

Even if he now said something half as offensive as Trump's daily bigotry, republicans would go back and impeach him retroactively. And burn a cross in his front yard.

Trump is just the fire and fear spewing Oz that draws attention. Meanwhile, silent partners are dismantling the government.

If there were, they'd just impeach and install Pence.

That campaign claim that he could shoot somebody on 5th Avenue and not lose voters holds equally, if not more, true for the GOP Congress and his administration.

Paul Ryan would say he had a candid conversation with the president and knows he doesn't have the heart of a murderer. "I strongly denounce killing and warned him it can't happen again."

Paul Ryan is a joke. Sold his soul (or that thing that passes for his soul) to the devil. Payback time is not going to be pleasant for Paulie.

Like Card, they want him not to say "controversial" things, because that detracts from them implementing their regressive, reactionary, rw agenda. Rs are pulling their hair out because Trump won't use the well-worn dog whistle strategy instead.

Luckily for America, Trump is the most transparent individual ever to be president. He doesn't hide anything. Everyone can see who he is and what he's about. And thus, we can see what the current GOP is about.

Others behind the scenes are writing policies like offshore drilling, deregulating mining, and ceding national monuments while Trump stands by with his rubber stamp. Donald Trump is way too lazy and disinterested to do the actual work of being president.

He's a puppet with many hands on the strings.

Anything tRump does, as long as they get to work their agenda. The day that he is in the way of that agenda, he is as good as gone. But if he can distract and make enough noise while they dismantle everything done to help WE THE PEOPLE for the last 100 years, he is safe. The damage he has done and does every single day he is in office will take decades to repair. Do they care? Nope. Not even a little bit of regret because their dreams are coming true.

When the time for the devil to collect on his bargain comes due, it won’t be a happy day for them. For those of us who are impacted by the dirty deeds they’ve done, that day can’t come too soon. I want to see Ryan’s face when he has to pay up. tRump is not the only one in DC who is in for a bad day....or thousand days.

I've believed all along that Trump is too lazy and disinterested to institute policy or maintain the office. He's no more than a bigoted foul mouth automatic signature machine. If he ever breaks his right hand, we'll begin the Pence administration.
