When someone says something like that, it generally means that the person is a racist. Why? Because we are all racist in small ways. We try not to be, but often we are inadvertently. If Trump had said, "I may be racist, but I sure try not to be." That would have been more honest. Trump doesn't know, nor does he care.

To say "least racist person" means what? That Trump is better than everyone else?
Well, I don't think so. Saying those three words do prove one thing though. One thing for sure.
