Donald Trump's ridiculous opinion of himself

Feel free to add any i am forgetting, but in public, DT has now made the following the remarks:
"I am the least racist person you've ever interviewed"
"I am the most humble person..."
"No one respects women more than me"
"I will be the greatest jobs President God has ever created"

I just want him to one time answer a question without going ridiculously over the top. Like, "I sometimes brag, but ultimately I feel like I am a humble person", "The comments I made were unfortunate and do not reflect my character, I was wrong in saying that and I want people to know I fully respect women", etc.

Instead he comes off as someone waking up in the morning reading their words of affirmation to themselves, trying to convince himself that "he's okay".

He's really a black hole of insecurity and need, and his over-the-top bragging is how he tells himself he's the greatest. If you're really that great you don't have to keep telling people about it, but narcissists don't understand that.

Is this a physical thing, body language?

I haven't noticed. I have gotten to the point that I cannot look at him.
