New GOP Meme - Open Racism, Bigotry & Misogyny Is FREEDOM. So Orwellian.

The GOP defense of Trump is so "over the shark". We are seeing the normalization of blatant aggressive racist. It is ok to be a vicious racism as long as you deny it. We are being told that the racism we see is all in our collective imaginations. That it is a liberal plot to claim something that does not exist.

Republicans may be appalled about what he is saying, but only insofar that he's openly broadcasting what they themselves believe but are *polite* enough not to actually say. Most other people are rightfully appalled by his behavior but not in a position to do much about it.
