I set up a 6'2" male @ 135 pounds, and he looked like a healthy, though lean weight.

I knew a guy that height and weight due to an endocrine issue, and he looked like a coat hanger wrapped in crepe paper.

Is that it doesn't take into account muscle mass or body shape. Even if we had for sure correct numbers, that isn't his shape. The butt on that model is way too small. Trump has a huge butt.
