When he weighed 225 lbs, he looked great. He always struggled with his weight and sometimes would get up to about 255 or 260. Even at his highest weight he never ever looked like Trump.

I would not doubt if Trump self reported his weight. I just don't believe that he weighs 239 lbs. No way with his big stomach and big ass.

If the Waist measurement is larger than the Chest in men, that is also an indicator of probable Cancers, Heart disease, and Diabetes.

I have pictures of Shelton when he was still at the U of M. He was the #2 NCAA Heavy weight in the country in the late 90's. He also came in at 5% Body fat. The man was all natural muscle. His biceps alone measured 17". He would give my eldest granddaughter rides, lifting her up its her hands wrapped around his biceps.

So it all depends on Body fat to lean body mass ratio. Shelton was and perhaps still is, very muscled.

My BMI is 26, considered Obese. I am currently 5 pounds over my Weight Watchers goal after losing 52 from June 2013 to July 2014.

I eat far healthier than Donald Trump does by far, get way more exercise, do not smoke, drink very little alcohol. Gluten and Lactose intolerant. Have Osteoarthritis in both knees and some Osteoporosis going on, which I am on Prolia every 6 months. I take vitamins, and on medications for my eyes. That is about it. I should live a long time.

HDL......90
Triglycerides.......38
Blood Glucose......86

All other stuff in the normal range for a woman my age. Good genes.

11. U "used" to be 6" 3", but age and gravity have me an inch shorter now. I am at 225.

The typical doctor's office BMI has me at 30% body fat. I was 235 when I was 21. and have never weighed over 240 - I'm 64 now. Nurse told me that I should lose weight and I asked her what she weighed at 21 - it was the same as now. She looked to be in mid-40's. Not trying to knock her, but if the BMI was used for trump, he would be at about 35% body fat, making him obese. That tub is at least 260. Every bit of it and probably about 15 pounds more.
